In the online shop we offer you chocolate bars , 75% and 100% chocolate and cacao nibs for you to make your own chocolate at home.
Due to pending legal issues, PayPal does not operate in Nicaragua.
We can only receive international payments in our bank in the Netherlands or in Nicaragua.

It is pure roasted cacao. milled with sugar. nothing else.

For our chocolate we use certified organic cacao that we buy from La Campesina, a cooperative some 30 kilometres from El Castillo. If you want to buy some to make your own chocolate, you can order fermented cacao, roasted cacao, nibs or paste. Contact us at order@elcastillodelcacao.com for more information.
- Find the product you want.
- Send an email to: order@elcastillodelcacao.com where you state the products and quantity you want, your name and address
- You will receive an email to confirm your order.
- In the confirmation email we give you the payment details (only payment is to Dutch Bank account ABN AMRO. Please be patient. Pay Pal coming soon!
- We send you your chocolate, about ten days later receive the order.
- NOTE: Our chocolate does not contain anything but natural products. The life span of our bars is limited.
